Customers may currently order by phone, fax, postal mail, e-commerce (for retail consumers only) or e-mail. Payment
We accept pre-payment only by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Personal Check, or Money Order. Wire Transfer for International Customers can be arranged with our Customer Service department. Checks and Money Orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency. Orders are not charged to your credit card until your order is packed and ready to ship. Orders paid by Check or Money order will not be shipped until the check has been received and processed by Ancient Sun. Returned checks or Non-Sufficient Funds checks are subject to a $25.00 collection fee. We do not accept cash. We do not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
Sales Tax
Ancient Sun ships most products from their home base in Asheville, North Carolina. Ancient Sun is required by North Carolina State law to charge sales tax on any purchases made by a retail consumer within the state of North Carolina. Ancient Sun is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to any state or country outside the United States.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Ancient Sun ships FedEx Ground. USPS or FedEx Air are available upon request. Shipping charges are calculated based on published rates relative to the destination and weight of the products ordered. An additional 15% flat rate handling fee (calculated from the shipping total) will be applied to all orders. Insurance is included in Fed Ex Ground rates. Please contact our Customer Service department if you wish to purchase additional delivery insurance on an order.

Shipping Charges
International orders are shipped via Global Express Mail or Federal Express. Shipping charges are calculated based on published rates relative to the destination and weight of the products ordered. Please contact our Customer Service department toll free at 877.429.0509 or at 828.651.9290.
Based on the destination country, customs charges, tariffs, or import fees may be due at the time the customer receives the package. All additional charges and custom clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Certain countries impose restrictions, and may require special licenses or forms for the import of nutritional products. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain appropriate documentation from the customs office in his/her country. Upon Ancient Sun?s receipt of this documentation, we will ship the product order.

Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, unless placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Delivery of your order will generally require between 3 and 7 business days. International delivery will be dependent upon the type of service selected by the customer.

Shipping Address
You can request a shipping address that is different from your billing address. When placing your order, please indicate to the Customer Representative if your shipping address will be different from your billing address.
Product Guarantee
Ancient Sun Nutrition offers a product guarantee to all retail consumers: If product is damaged upon receipt, i.e. broken container, illegible labels, or spoiled, Ancient Sun will either replace product or offer credit. Additionally, product may be returned unopened within thirty days. ?No shipping charges will be refunded. All returns must be sent to the company prepaid within thirty-five days of purchase. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
Ancient Sun offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for any of our smaller bottled product lines, specifically 50g Blue Manna powder, 60 ct. BM capsules, 50g Crystal Manna flakes, 65g CM crystals, 90ct. CM capsules, 180 CM tablets. ?If you are dissatisfied with our product, please return the bottle to us, including the unused portion of the product, within thirty days and we will refund it. ?No shipping charges will be refunded.
Order Change

Returns
Products returned in an unopened state within 35 days of purchase will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee. Product damaged by customer will not be refunded.
