1cSole 1d (So-lay) the mixture of water
and crystal salt. The word sole comes
from the Latin word 1csol 1d meaning sun.
Sole means fluid sunlight or fluid light
energy.
How To Make
Sole:
1.
Place several
Himalayan Crystal Rocks in a glass container and add a high quality spring
water. Fill the
jar.
2.
Wait
approximately 24 hours, or until the crystals are completely dissolved. Add a
few more crystals and when the water no longer dissolves the salt the salt
crystals will sit at the bottom. It is
at this point the solution becomes saturated and is stable and ready for
consumption.
3.
Take 1
teaspoon of the solution in a glass of spring water every morning before
breakfast. Taking this on a regular basis will produce more significant results.
From a bio-chemical point of view, within minutes your whole stomach and
intestines are being stimulated. This
encourages your digestion and metabolism.
*Note: You can refill the glass container with water
and salt continuously. No matter how many salt rocks you put in the water, H2O will only hold 26% saturation of Salt. When the water
combines with the salt the positive ions of the salt surround the negative ions
of the water molecules and vice versa.
During this process a totally new structure is formed and water is no
longer water and salt is no longer salt. It is not recommended to use metal lids, as they will corrode.
Sole can also be used
undiluted for brushing your teeth or as a mouthwash to help reduce gum
bleeding.
