Our macadamia nuts are grown on a small orchard belonging to a Mission / Orphanage in Baja Mexico. The Foundation planted 3,000 trees in the early 80's to provide an income for the orphanage. These trees are now mature and your purchase of these nuts will help support these homes for children in need, located in Vicente Guerrero, Baja, Morelia, and Oaxaca Mexico.
These nuts are grown organically, but not yet certified. They are fresh and are shipped directly to us, without traveling across the ocean in uncooled freight containers.
We are currently working on getting the farm organic and kosher certified, for use in our WildBar line.
